Delivery Times

National Shipping (Spain)
2–3 working days from dispatch using DHL Express.

International Shipping
3–7 working days from dispatch using DHL Express.

Orders may require up to 48 hours processing time before dispatch. During peak sales periods this processing time may be longer.

Receiving Your Order

All shipments are sent with tracked delivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can monitor the shipment in real time through DHL.

Important Information

Please ensure the shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Once an order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.

In some cases, we may need to verify payment details with the card issuer before dispatch. This may cause a short delay.

International shipments may be subject to customs processing, which can occasionally affect delivery times.

Taxes and Duties

All international shipments are sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

This means import duties, customs charges, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and may need to be paid to DHL or the local customs authority before delivery.
